Higgins is a spunky fur ball who just wants to find adventure.  He is always looking for something to play with whether it be a toy or a piece of paper on the floor. He is also very loving and wont hesitate to find a lap to lay on once he is tuckered out. His playful and curious spirit makes it very easy for him to get along with other animals and to adapt to new surroundings quickly. He is always making the funniest faces and with his personality you can't help but to want to watch him to see what he will do next! Higgins adoption fee is $75.00 which includes up-to-date shots, FeLV test (negative), microchip, and a voucher for spay surgery.  All kitties are litterbox trained.
